Nunca.
- Puedes pedirnos ver, corregir o borrar tus datos.

Effective October 30, 2026
The short version:
- We only ask for what we need to run the tournament, check players’ age and identity, and make their credentials.
- The only public information is the name and logo of teams that have paid.
- Only the organizer and the person who runs the site see your ID photo. It is never printed or posted.
- We do not sell or rent your information. Ever.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information.
1. Who we are
This notice is from Rondo Time LLC (“the organizer”, “we”), which also does business as BE PRO FC and BE PRO Scouting, and runs Rival 8 Soccer Tournament Series · Las Vegas Winter Cup 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada. It covers this website and team and player sign-ups.
2. What we collect
About the team, from its team contact:
- The team’s name, division and, if they choose, its logo.
- The team contact’s name, phone or WhatsApp, and email.
- The date and time they accepted the rules and terms.
- When they pay: whether it was by Zelle or cash, and the date. We do not ask for or store bank or card details.
About each player:
- Full name and date of birth.
- Phone or WhatsApp and email.
- An emergency contact: name and phone or WhatsApp.
- A photo of their face, for the credential.
- A photo of their ID (ID card, driver’s license or passport).
- The date and time they accepted the rules, waiver and terms.
If the organizer registers you in person, they keep the same details you give them (some are optional) and a note on how the registration was done.
We also automatically keep the IP address each sign-up came from, only to catch fake sign-ups or abuse.
3. How we use it
- To enter each team in its division and each player on their team.
- To check players’ identity and age so the rules are followed (Open 18+, Over-35 35+).
- To make and print players’ credentials.
- To contact teams and players about payments, schedules, changes, results and sanctions.
- To call a player’s emergency contact in an emergency.
- To pay out prizes and meet any tax obligations.
- To enforce the rules, settle complaints or disputes, and comply with the law or a legal order.
We do not use your information for other companies’ advertising, and we do not send you third-party promotions.
4. Who sees it
- Public (anyone): only the name, division and logo of teams that have paid for their spot, on the teams page. Nothing about players is public.
- The team contact, with the team’s private link: the names and face photos of their team’s players. They do not see birth dates, phones or IDs. Anyone with that link can see the same, which is why we ask that it not be posted.
- The organizer and the person who runs the website, signing in with a password: everything.
- At the field: the credential shows the player’s photo, name, birth date, team and division, and may be shown to referees and organizers to confirm they are signed up and meet the age rule.
- Your ID photo is only used to check your identity and age. Only the organizer and the person who runs the site see it: it is never printed on the credential, never posted and never shared with other teams.
- Services that run the website: Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database) store the information for us and may not use it for their own purposes. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which lets Google see your IP address.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. This includes a “sale” of information under Nevada law (NRS 603A). Even so, if you live in Nevada you may ask us in writing never to sell your information, and we will honor it.
5. Tournament photos and video
By signing up, you allow the organizer to use your image in photos and videos from the games for promotional purposes. This means photos taken at the field: your credential photo and ID photo are never posted. If a specific post bothers you, write to us and we will look at it.
6. Minors
The tournament is adults only. We do not accept sign-ups from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor signed up, tell us and we will delete their information.
7. How we protect it
- The whole site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- The player list is password-protected, and the session ends when the browser closes or after one hour.
- Teams’ private links are long and random, and we do not store the link itself, only a fingerprint (hash) of it that cannot be turned back into the link. If a link is lost, the organizer replaces it and the old one stops working.
- ID photos can only be opened with the admin password.
- We only ask for and keep what we need.
No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. If there is ever unauthorized access to your information, we will notify you as Nevada law requires.
8. How long we keep it
We keep the information for the tournament and as long as needed afterward to settle claims about results, prizes or eligibility, and to meet tax obligations. We delete ID photos 90 days after the tournament (March 13, 2027). You can ask us to delete your information at any time. The only thing we may keep is the record that you accepted the liability waiver (your name and the date and time), because we need it if a legal claim comes up.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the information we have about you.
- Correct something that is wrong.
- Delete your information. If you do this before or during the tournament, you can no longer play.
- If you live in Nevada, never sell your information (although we don’t).
To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm who you are before making a change. We reply within a reasonable time, usually under 30 days.
10. Cookies and storage
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, or any analytics tools. Your browser remembers the language you chose (Spanish or English). The organizer uses a session cookie only to sign in to the team and player list.
11. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with its date. If the change is important, we will tell the registered teams.
